Ai Group Ltd. supplied and delivered this 16' × 20' modular rental office, providing Abstraction with a comfortable, fully equipped workspace without the need for permanent construction.

The office is built from two 8' × 20' modules connected side by side, creating approximately 320 sq. ft. of functional office space. The modular design allows the building to be relocated, reconfigured, or expanded with additional modules as operational needs change.

Designed for year-round use in Ontario, the building features a fully insulated floor, walls, and ceiling and is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump for heating and air conditioning. The interior includes heavy-duty commercial linoleum flooring, two windows providing natural light, four interior lights, and eight electrical receptacles.

The building was delivered directly to the client's site as a practical, ready-to-use office solution.
