With roots dating back to 2006 and officially established in 2016, Ai Group LTD brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience to modular homes, ADUs, job-site structures, and renovation projects across Ontario. Founded by Adam Kozuch and Ian Waddick—later joined by partner Marcio Fernandes—we are built on a shared dedication to innovation, practicality, and efficiency.
